In Level 1, we focus on adapting the standard protocol to the child's age/developmental level – from adolescents to toddlers (narratives). We practice applying the age-adapted protocols in small groups and plan specific treatments for their patients.

We offer the complete curriculum: "EMDR Therapist with Children and Adolescents". It is important to us that you leave each seminar with a concrete treatment plan for a patient. The different levels of EMDR Child and Adolescent Training should be completed chronologically. Participation requires attendance at the following course: EMDR Basics/Adult Level 1
Module 1 (Fundamentals of Psychotrauma Therapy) of the DeGPT curriculum is recommended as a basis.
Requirements for participation
by therapists
Licensed child and adolescent psychiatrists and child and adolescent psychotherapists, psychological psychotherapists with additional qualifications in child and adolescent psychotherapy
Advanced trainees in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and child and adolescent psychotherapy with a certificate of suitability or proof of training level from the training institute or the clinic management
Completion of EMDR training course Basics/Generics Part 1 at an institute recognized by EMDRIA Germany/EMDR Europe ( www.EMDRIA.de )

Diese Seminare sind Teil des EMDR-KJ-Supervisor:innen-Curriculums (Teilnahmevoraussetzungen siehe unten).
Sie vermitteln und vertiefen allgemeine sowie EMDR-KJ-spezifische supervisorische Kompetenzen und legen einen Schwerpunkt auf deren praktische Einübung. Dazu gehören u.a. das Training von Videozertifizierungen, die Vermittlung von Kompetenzen in der Wissensweitergabe sowie die in-vivo-Zertifizierung von Einzel- und Gruppensupervisionen der Teilnehmer:innen.
Ergänzend hospitieren die Kandidat:innen im Rahmen eines vollständigen EMDR-KJ-Curriculums bei zertifizierten EMDR-KJ-Trainer:innen.
Beide Teile können nur zusammen gebucht werden.
